Holiday Enrolment Notice to Parents

OSCAR HOLIDAY PROGRAMME ENROLMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED from 2 nd July for Term Break -- News Date: 7/15/18


Work and Income will only accept original forms so when you bring your form into the office, we will complete the booking process together.

It is your responsibility to return the form to WINZ promptly so that all necessary paperwork is completed for payment to be processed. We will not accept any email or telephone bookings.

If you do not require holiday care and there is no change in hours for the next term, then please complete, sign and return the form to Work and Income for the subsidy to restart in week one of the next term.

Please contact the OSCAR office if your child will not be resuming after school care, so that we can stop all charges upon notification. All charges will be at full fees until we receive confirmation from Work and Income that your child’s subsidy has been granted.
